All orders are shipped from France via Colissimo, or by tracked letter for small accessories.

Orders shipped outside France and the European Union are VAT exempt. VAT is automatically deducted at checkout.

For international orders, local customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Free shipping on all orders over €400.

For logistical reasons, we ship orders once or twice a week. As a result, there may be a few days between the time your order is placed and when it is dispatched.

RETURNS

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, and in their original condition. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For international returns, it is mandatory to declare "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs declaration and to state a customs value of €1 in order to exempt the shipment from import duties and taxes. Failure to follow these instructions will result in any additional charges being deducted from your refund.
